With all of her "hands on" experience in all phases of the loan process, she provides exceptional customer service. Katie began her real estate career in 2006 primarily because she enjoys helping people. As a Realtor®, Katie’s primary focus was always working with home buyers. In 2015, she had an opportunity to learn the mortgage side of the business and joined Fairway Independent Mortgage as a Loan Officer Assistant working with BettyAnn McCloud. The experience of working almost exclusively with home buyers provides Katie with unique insight which allows her to better serve Fairway customers at the very beginning of their journey, financing their dream home!
Although a house is most likely the biggest investment in one’s life, Katie understands that real estate is not about buying and selling property. It is about people, their families and loved ones, where they live. It is about the memories that they will make in their homes. For many, it is where their stories begin.
